AAP Basketball Strength Program

This multi-week basketball specific program is designed for high school and college teams. Coach Scott Kellar has developed this over nearly 30 years of experience at the college and high school level, working with athletes from the middle school up to the professional ranks.



This multi-week basketball specific weight room program was put together by The Village School Director of Sports Performance, Scott Kellar. Coach Kellar is coming up on 30 years of experience as a Strength Coach, which includes stops at College of DuPage, Western Kentucky University, Bowling Green State University, and the University of Houston. At each of those stops, Coach Kellar was the Head of the Strength program, and now runs Athletes Accelerated Performance. This program will help improve your pre-season program, and can even be used throughout the season. For those who purchase the PDF, you will also have the ability to contact and discuss the program with Coach Kellar, to ensure that you are able to implement this into your program.
